Chapter 1: Lost or Damaged Parcel

1) What should I do if my parcel lost during transit?

There are several reasons why your parcel may go missing. More often than not, missing parcel is the result of a parcel’s shipping label being damaged or concealed during transit. However, your parcel may go missing for other reasons, including if they are incorrectly addressed or due to an easily made administrative error. Don't worry our team will make an arrangement for resend a new parcel or either full refund, whichever is applicable to you after have done all the investigation from the courier service site.

2) What should I do if received my parcel damaged?

We are truly sorry if your received your parcel damaged, please contact us at within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel. Our team will review your claim within 3 business days and respond with further instructions. Please keep an eye on your inbox and/or junk inbox. Requests thereafter will not be entertained.

What evidence or documents do I need to show?

When you submit an email to us, the more information you can give us about the issue, the better we can help to resolve it.

This includes:

·All claims must be submitted by email within 7 days of the delivery date.

·You must include photographic evidence of the damage caused, to both the packaging includes a fragile sticker, airway bill and goods inside.

Note: There may be a slight delay when processing your claim during peak periods. However, rest assured that we will do our best to minimize this delay and update you on your issue as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

2) How to track my parcel?

Once your order’s been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us. The email will contain a tracking number and a link that will take you to the website where can follow the progress of your delivery.

Your tracking information won’t update until the shipping status becomes available once reached to couriers' respective hub warehouses.This normally takes about 24 hours from the receipt of ‘We have just sent out your order' confirmation email.

In the event your order is delayed, we will lodge an investigation on your behalf with the courier company. Investigations usually take between 3-5 business days to receive an outcome (excluding Public Holidays and Weekends period).

Chapter 3: Order Inquiries

1) Can I request to courier to deliver at a specific time or date?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to schedule deliveries at a specific time or date. Delivery times are influenced by your delivery destination and the courier service’s delivery schedule at your location.

Kindly contact your courier company for assistance.

2) How long does it take to process and ship out my order?

As a guideline, all orders will be processed the next working day after payment. Once our team start to process your order, you will receive an email notification. From there, the delivery will take around 5 to 7 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and 7 to 10 working days for delivery to East Malaysia. Our team will pack the order accordingly based on a first-come-first-served basis.

*During peak sale/promotional period, we may not be able to fulfill the standard deliveries time period due to heavy surges in online orders – you will be advised of any product availability issues after placing your order. There will be an additional 3 days to deliver.

3) How much is the shipping fees?


West Malaysia:

  • ·For Orders below RM100: RM 12.00 
  • ·For Orders RM 100 & above: FOC

East Malaysia & selected rural area in West Malaysia*:

  • ·For Orders RM 100 & above: FOC
