Chapter 1: Payment Methods

1) How can I pay at SHIN HING TIME?

We accept a variety of payment method via local internet banking, credit/debit cards and e-Wallet

Chapter 2: Order or Products Error

1) I’m unhappy with my order. What should I do?

MALAYSIA

If you are not 100% happy with your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days from the date of purchase along with order number and reason. Our team will review your claim within 3 business days and respond with further instructions. Please keep an eye on your inbox and/or junk inbox. Requests thereafter will not be entertained.


2) What should I do if I received incomplete or wrongly packed order?

If you receive incomplete order(s) due to packing errors (i.e. missing product/ wrongly packed order), contact us within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel. Our team will review your claim within 3 business days and respond with further instructions. Please keep an eye on your inbox and/or junk inbox. Requests thereafter will not be entertained.

What evidence or documents do I need to show? 

When you submit an email to us, the more information you can give us about the issue, the better we can help to resolve it.

This includes:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Quantity
  • Photos of the product if wrongly packed.

Note: There may be a slight delay when processing your claim during peak periods. However, rest assured that we will do our best to minimize this delay and update you on your issue as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.


3) What should I do if my item is faulty or damaged?

If there is a faulty or damaged with any of your items, contact us within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel. Our team will review your claim within 3 business days and respond with further instructions. Please keep an eye on your inbox and/or junk inbox. Requests thereafter will not be entertained.

Chapter 3: Refund Policy

1) When and how can I apply for a return refund?

We are so sorry that you have received a parcel which is not up to your expectation.  

Criteria eligible for return and refund
1) Did not receive the order
2) Received an incomplete product (missing quantity)
3) Received the wrong product(s) (e.g. different product)
4) Received a product with physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered) - not for packaging
5) Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended)

Refunds from returns will only begin processing once we have received the physical return parcel and a quality check is completed to either approve or reject the return requested. Once the processing is completed, the equivalent amount will be credited based on the following payment method. Click here

Returns by courier services.

  • All items will be inspected on return.
  • The items are your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so make sure it is packed properly and cannot get any damages on the way.
  • All returned item shall be sent in their original condition and packaging.
  • We try hard to accept all exchanges and returns request but in the unfortunate events that the item returned is in an unsuitable condition, or outside of the 30 days return policy, we may dispose of it accordingly.
  • We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns requests.

We reserve the right to deny refund if the items/goods do not meet our Refund and Return policy guidelines.


2) Can I return/refuse my parcel for a refund?

If the item is being unboxed or used, we are unable to accept any returns once the package has left the SHIN HING TIME warehouse. Click here for further details.

Chapter 4: Ordering Solutions

1) Should I include my phone number when ordering?

MALAYSIA

Please ensure that a valid contact telephone number is added to all placed orders, kindly re-check before proceed your payment. All information will be submitted to courier once the order is confirmed. If the delivery details provided by you are invalid/insufficient, our courier partner will return your parcel(s) to SHIN HING TIME. 

Kindly note, our system only can capture one contact number. If you have an alternative number, please contact your courier to update your contact details.


2) Can I amend my delivery address details?

MALAYSIA

Once payment made, no amendments are allowed after an order has been processed, kindly check and ensure that your delivery details and ordered/purchased item(s) are correct before making the payment.

If the delivery details provided by you are invalid/insufficient, our courier partner will return your parcel(s) to SHIN HING TIME. Returned parcels will be refunded via store credit.
