The customer shall not have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expense if :

- Damages to case, band, strap, buckle, or glass.
- Battery for quartz watches.
- Water damage unless marked "water resistant" (* water damage of leather strap is not guaranteed in any circumstance)
